Simone has worked as a writer/editor for the past 12 years. When not getting her fingers stained with red ink, or combing through Webster’s online, Simone enjoys travel and has ridden shotgun at Bondurant Racing School in Phoenix, sampled Grits in Nashville and attended Theatre classes in New York City. She has written about Urban trends, Real Estate and Employment trends and has contributed to national newspapers (The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star), websites (canoe.ca, mochasofa.ca) and provided Marketing copy for corporations such as Walmart Canada and Tamm Communications. She writes effective and persuasive copy for any corporate communications including brochures, web copy, recruitment advertisements and newsletters.
Additionally, Simone is an experienced Proofreader, having worked for top tier and independent advertising agencies (TAXI CANADA, ZIG INC., DraftFCB), and can provide quick-turnaround proofreading for any marketing materials needing a fresh pair of eyes.
